Skip the tourist traps — Jagalchi stalls locals actually use
If you’re near Haeundae, walk inland one block from the main strip. The grilled eel stall with the blue awning opens at 5pm — spicy level adjustable, and they pack leftovers for the train. Pair with a Gwangalli sunset walk.

If you need Mandarin at the clinic and someone who double-checks consent forms, ask for a beauty-focused guide. Mine coordinated taxi timing between two appointments so I wasn’t rushing swollen after fillers. Worth every hour.
